Single Domain Assessment

Formal and informal assessment of one of the following domains:
•speech sound production (eg, articulation, phonological process)
•language skills (receptive, expressive, social-pragmatic)
•oral fluency (stuttering, cluttering)

Combined Speech-Language Assessment
$250

Formal and informal assessment of both speech (speech intelligibility and speech errors) and language (receptive, expressive, social-pragmatic) skills based on specific areas of concern.

Evaluation for Speech-Generating AAC Device
$100

Assessment targeting the current strengths and needs for clients with complex communication needs with the focus of matching the client to an appropriate speech-generating device.

Therapy is currently provided in-person in the client’s home or via teletherapy. The length of a typical therapy session is expected to be 60 minutes, but the 30 minute session may be recommended based on client needs. Therapy services include 1 complimentary weekly tele-follow up session up to 15 minutes in length in addition to regularly scheduled session.

Therapeutic services for the use of a speech-generating device (SGD) including programming and modification.
